SuperSorb™ Dextran-Agarose Composite Resin

Separate Peptides and Small Biomolecules Based on Molecular Size

SuperSorb™ is a beaded composite material composite of ultrapure cross-linked dextran and agarose.

It exhibits high selectivity, superb resolution, low non-specific adsorption, and fast flow rates with minimized back-pressures. Buffer and pH effects on resolution are minimal.

  • SuperSorb™ permits high-flow separations with minimized pressure resistance
  • Full performance, cost-effective replacement for Cytiva™ SuperDex-Increase, 75 and 200
  • High resolution, small-scale purification, and analysis of peptides and other small biomolecules with molecular weights of 3 – 70kD and 6 – 600kD

SuperSorb™ is pH stable from 2 to 12, autoclavable and compatible with all commonly-used aqueous buffers.
