SorbaDex (compare to Cytiva Sephadex) is a beaded composite material comprised of ultrapure cross-linked dextran. It exhibits high selectivity, superb resolution, low non-specific adsorption, and robust chemical stability. Buffer and pH effects on resolution are minimal.
