When working with difficult separations that give very low Rf-values on initial screenings by TLC or when compounds of interest have very close Rf values, an improved resolution is achieved using our standard MPLC silica gel.

The smaller particle size and narrower particle distribution provide a higher plate number, which increases peak-to-peak resolution.
